dccreations travel is a place to ask and answer practical questions about travelling in Turkey. These rules keep it useful.

Asking

Ask one question per page. Say where you're going, when, and what you already know. Search first: your question may already have a good answer.

Answering

Answer from experience or a reliable source. Include names, prices, times and when you were there, because things in Turkey change quickly.

Why links are removed

Links are the main way spam gets into travel forums. Any link a member posts in a question or an answer is replaced with “[link removed]”. Write the name of the place or service instead, so people can look it up.

The DC Creations team and a small group of verified contributors can share links to official sources. Verified contributors are chosen by the team based on the quality of their answers.

Not allowed

Advertising, affiliate posts, personal attacks, hate speech, and posting other people's personal details. We remove these and may suspend the account.
