Red and Rose Valley sunset hike — how hard is it?

Is the sunset walk in Red Valley easy? I'm reasonably fit but not a serious hiker.

Easy to moderate. Some sandy slopes, wear proper shoes not sandals.

Bring a torch/headlamp for the walk back after sunset. It gets dark quickly.

Lots of people do it, you won't be alone.

There's a small café near the viewpoint that sells drinks and fresh juice.
